From the search for an accommodation
In which city is looking for a hotel, It is a time consuming activity.
If you look on the Internet, you often end up with major hotel suppliers or through regional agencies (eg booking.com). After complicated queries you only get a fraction of the accommodations offered, and must continue searching.
furnished apartments and homes are almost everywhere in the hands of so-called term housing agencies (eg, home company, e-rent). Here, in addition to the rental broker same high recruitment fees are required.
If you can not search the Internet or will remain one, only the Yellow Pages or local newspapers (Also represented on the web). A call to the tourist information helps mostly not much more.
How well you look, you do not get a full picture.
I am the proprietor of the City Pension Bonn. Often I have to refuse requests for room reservations, as rooms are not free anymore. I will then be asked if I knew alternatives. So far, I then called alternately few guys in the vicinity.
